By worshipping the following persons….:

1. Those women who doesn’t think of men other than her husband.

2. Those who give foods to the poor daily.

3. Those who keep fast on Ekadesi days.

4. Those who lead a rigorous life like a saint right from the childhood.

5. Those saints who worships the Fire daily.

6. Those people who has seen more than 1000 new moons.

7. All those ancestors.

8. Those people who worships their ancestors piously.

This was told by Lord Krishna to his aunt Kundi during the war of Mahabharata.
