in search of JOB....

My first interview happened in my college for a BPO. In the pre interview round each student was asked to talk on a topic. I spoke about the evil effects of coaliation government for 3-5 minutes.

Then during the interview……

Me: Good afternoon sir…!

IV: Good afternoon Balaji.. Take ur seat..

Me: Thank U sir

IV: Yes balaji..tell me about urself..

Me: I said in my usual way ..but briefly…(ratna surukkama..!)

Iv: yes.. finished..?(avvalothana… :-) ?) ok.. then tell me about ur father….

Me: Again I said …….briefly…..

Iv: ok balaji..(nee theramatta…:-) !) tell me about India..

Me: I didn’t expect this question….suddenly got tongue-tied…

Then I blabbed something…….about Indian economy..!

Iv: ok..balaji( I decided u r not fit for this job :-)) do U want to ask anything….?

Me: yes sir…( summa impress pannathan :-) )

Iv: ya what do u want to know from us…?

Me: Sir actually I wanted to know what does this job exactly deals with..?

Iv: Ok listen balaji….!

Now he started to lecture something….( ayo..ippave…. kanna kattudthe… :-) )

Me: ok sir… now I understood….(enna understood…?)

Me : Sir what is the method of appraisal in BPO’s..?

( I really asked this question out of my own interest.!.)

Iv: ya…actually we get feedback from our clients, customers and also conducts appraisal meetings ..to……(…hmm…..)

Me: ok sir, its very informative..

Iv: do u want to know anything more..?

Me: No sir…

Iv: ok u can leave for the day…

Me: Thank U sir..!
